We have identified the issue. There are an enormous number of web publishing jobs currently in the queue. They are being processed as expected, but the backlog will take time to clear. We're looking to add additional processing resources to clear the backlog faster.

This issue appears to be limited to our US-hosted customers and only affects publishing. Web previews work as expected. The team is continuing to investigate.

We are aware of an issue preventing web outputs from being published; jobs get stuck in Pending or Generating. Web previews are working; this is just impacting publishing.
